Plate-fin Heat Exchanger Characteristics

Dividing wall type: fluids not fuse with each other.
Compact type: large heat transfer area per volume.
High efficency: fins structure provides the high flow convection coefficients.
Lower weight: aluminum alloy material, in same manufacturing process, weight would be 1/10 of tube heat exchanger.
Small temperature difference.
Multi stream heat transfer at the same time. In the same plate fin heat exchanger, up to 13 streams can exchange heat at the same time, and can be extracted from different temperature points according to the needs of the process.
Low temperature devices are versatile. The aluminum plate fin heat exchanger is made of aluminum alloy, which is mostly used for low temperature and below 200 ℃ for high temperature.
Corrosion resistant. Because aluminum alloy is not corrosion-resistant, it is not suitable to use when aluminum alloy has corrosion, which mainly affects its service life.
Easy to block. As the pitch of fins is mostly between 1 mm and 4.2 mm, there should be no solid impurities in the medium, including molecular sieve, pearlite, pipe rust, etc.
High pressure resistant. Because the plate fin heat exchanger uses brazing technology to braze the fin and the baffle tightly together, it has high pressure. Large plate fin heat exchanger can reach 10Mpa.
